Central Hosting - Downtime Schedule

The ICT Service forward plans appropriate dates for downtime to perform necessary maintainance and upgrades.  Dates for scheduled downtime can be found below:

  • Saturday 9 December 2017
  • Saturday 13 January 2018
  • Saturday 10 February 2018
  • Saturday 10 March 2018
  • Saturday 14 April 2018
  • Saturday 12 May 2018
  • Saturday 9 June 2018
  • Saturday 14 July 2018
  • Saturday 11 August 2018
  • Saturday 8 September 2018
  • Saturday 13 October 2018
  • Saturday 10 November 2018
  • Saturday 8 December 2018

Downtime is usually scheduled to occur on the second Saturday of the month.  Any changes to this schedule will be communicated as appropriate.

The following systems will therefore be unavailable between 7.00am and approximately 7.00pm on each of the scheduled days (unless otherwise stated):

  • Centrally Hosted MIS
  • Centrally Hosted Email (Email sent to accounts during this time will still be delivered)
  • SIMS Learning Gateway
  • Remote Access
  • School based systems via Remote Access.

  • Video Conferencing
