- helplines End of Life for Windows Vista Microsoft is ending its support for Windows Vista on Tuesday 11 April 2017. Please be aware that if you have any PCs running Vista in your school they will no longer be supported within Central Hosting. 09-02-2017
- helplines Spring Census 2017 The ICT Service Helpline took almost 300 calls on Census Day, most of which related to the Census itself or the errors received when trying to upload to the COLLECT website. 09-02-2017
- helplines Printing problems in Central Hosting We recommend that all users upgrade their Screwdrivers printing software. 09-02-2017
- helplines EWO Reports – 90% or less attendance A number of schools have received email requests from Education Welfare Officers asking for percentage attendance reports - this information can be drawn out of SIMS in one easy report. 09-02-2017
